RETURN POLICY

General Return Information 
Before returning any products for any reason, please contact us first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. All products must be returned to us in resalable condition, with the original box, all factory or product manuals, and factory packaging materials. If you do not include these materials, we may refuse to accept your return.


Returns for any reason other than items damaged during shipping/manufacturing defects are subject to a restocking fee of 10%, with the original shipping costs deducted from the refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages
DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IF YOUR PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. If the delivery person has left, please contact EPIC LED as soon as possible. You must notify us within 7 days of any shortages or damaged products. If you discover a manufacturing defect after opening your product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund or replacement.

When Returning a Package:

  2. Returns should be carefully packaged, preferably in the original box, and should include all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. When you return your package, make sure it is properly packed by the shipping service you will be using. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As a result, regardless of point of origin, all products must be returned to EPIC LED at the above address for proper credit.


Refunds
We will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item once it has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please keep in mind that some credit card companies or banks require additional processing time after your credit is applied in order for it to post to your account.


Exchange
If no balance is owed when your return for exchange is received and inspected, the products to be exchanged will be shipped out the next business day.
